One of the first U.S. Goldman Sachs “10,000 Women Scholar,” Kathrina has experience as a consultant in strategy, marketing, and business development for Fortune 500 companies, Silicon Valley technology leaders, start-ups, and nonprofits. Active in the community, she also serves on the boards of the San Jose Public Library Foundation (2014-Present), Bill Wilson Center (2013-2016), and African Immigrants Social and Cultural Services (2006-2014). Kathrina was honored by the Silicon Valley Business Journal as one of the “100 Most Influential Women” in Silicon Valley for 2014.
Kathrina lives in the Bay Area with her husband and daughter. They love to hike, watch movies and travel.
As Chief Operating Officer, Carole oversees the operations, general management and client business relations of the company, in addition to providing strategic marketing content. In this role, Carole has helped establish MiMA both locally and globally. Prior to joining MiMA, Carole worked in management positions for both regional law firms and local branches of national and international law firms. Her responsibilities and influence extended throughout multiple areas of the firm including operations, human resources and benefits management, strategic planning, business development, marketing, and budgeting and financial reporting.
Carole received her Bachelors degree and MBA from Mills College in Oakland. She currently lives in the East Bay and is also a partner and founder of C&C Designs, specializing in handcrafted jewelry.
